36x48 with blinds

Works great. Great quality. Reduces the inside temperature by a lot with the blinds closed.

Nice skylight

It's nice, but would be better if they come with the wand to open and close them, rather then having to buy it separately.

Velux insect screen

Previous screen failed after 6 years. Replacement screen has been redesigned hopefully this will last a little longer.
